It's Friday!!!

I'm not sure if there're any one who can help me out with this problem.
Some of my users entered the data into the field (memo datatype) with lots of empty lines in between.

such as:
blablabla----the first line

blablabla----Second line

blablabla----third line
So, is it possible that I can get rid of the white lines programmatically and let all sentences line up nicely. Otherwise I have to do it manually.

Appreciate your help. Thanks

Jinglin

Something like this ?
theMemo = Replace(theMemo, vbCrLf & vbCrLf, vbCrLf)

Hope This Helps, PH.

Somehow, I can't find the function called replace().
Is it a user-defined?
Thanks
