I what to know were can I get a sample of the following.

I must start making this for our work and I am new to vb.net and need samples of what do do.

1.Send message to a userid
2. Pop up to tell userid there is message for him
3. Pop up when he sine-on in the morning
3. show all unread message in data grid
4. when click on data grid message must be shown under datagrid and message must not show on grid

Umm, why not use an email system? Because that's sure what it sounds like you've described.

Cannot use e-mail system as most of the people don't have e-mail.
