Do you have multiple numbers in the outcalling list? Perhaps the first one doesn't complete, but the 2nd one, 30 minutes later does?
It is easy to see if you are using the GUI or can connect through the serial port. Otherwise, log into the mailbox, 6 for outcalling, and 2 to play the number list. Also check the outcalling interval.
