Messages Preventing Deletion 1

Hello all,


I have a G3R running V7 software. I do not have a voice mail or any kind of messaging system. I am trying to delete a station (digital) but it won't let me because it says I have to delete messages associated with it first. I have assigned a delete message and message retrieval button to my attendant console, but get negative responses. (I get message retrieval denied message, and the delete message button just plain doesn't work) I am digging deep into the documentation, but haven't found anything yet....any assistance would be appreciated.

Set up your station with console permissions,
and then define a 'cov-msg-rt' button.
Along with the next and the delete button you should be able to delete it.
If you do not set your station up with console permissions,
you would only be able to delete your own.
Also make sure you have the LWC settings on the station/console enabled.

or do the commannd:

CLEAR AMW ALL <extension>

This will remove all messages from the extension (even Audix).
