The users has created a folder in their inbox and when he moves recieved mail to the folder it can not be viewed. The properties of the box show there are 107 messages in the folder - we know they are there. If we access the mailbox via OWA the messages are visable. I have cleared all rules, and filter settings. Mail is being delivered to the mailbox account and not personal folders. The client is set up on exchange 2000.
On the same account, he had archived his files and for a short while used his archive boxes to store and retrive mail. I can not move mail from the archive file to the users inbox folder - it dissappears.
This has been driving me "crazy" so any thoughts or suggestions will improve my sanity -
