Message Waiting Lamps

Hey everyone. I'm not the most advanced on the Definity, so here's where I'm at...

I have an account where their message waiting lamps are not lighting?? Can't seem to get them to light again. We've even went to the extreme of rebooting the Audix and the Definity. It's a release 6 I believe.

Still no luck on these MW Lamps. The Audix Hunt Group is set to Message Center: None and LWC to MSA.

The stations LWC are set to msa.

This is a release 6.

??????

I need help please. I still can't get these to light??

The hunt group used to be set none and none. Nothing with this either. THis was working with None and none before and now it's not working. The dial plan was changed a little if that helps.

So u are using mode codes to turn on the lamps. Do "display feature" and see if there are any LWC codes in there, and then go over to the Definity Audix and see if it has the same codes in there. Then go to system monitor in the audix and see if all the channels are working when called. Especially the last channel, cuz that is probably the one that is not turning on the lights.
