Message su995003 when installing win98

i get a message su995003 when i try to install win98 people tol me that it was due to the bios virus scanner so i disabled it and the problem still appears and doesn't allow me to install the windows

according to the Knowledge Base article (Q129971) named "SU" Error Message List for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Me Setup

Did you disable both you Windows based virus protection and the any virus protection in the BIOS?

This article is intended for 95 but it applies to 98 as well.
