OK, here's what I did on my firewall at a place I worked.<br>

Our sendmail.cf definitions defined a 4 hour warning and a 5 day bounce on undeliverable messages. So, with that in mind, I set up a cron to clean up the /var/spool/mqueue (hp-ux) directory. The cron ran a find, looking for files over 5 days old, then exec'd an rm on the files it found.<br>
