Message Manager revisited

Does anyone have the instructions or step-by-step details on installing Message Manager. Most importantly the networking piece for the Intuity. We have the software already loaded on the machines, but the Intuity was never deployed onto the LAN due to internal security issues, and now thats passed - but with time came misplacement of documentation that the Avaya tech left (for when the time came). Now that time is here, and we're without.

All is help is appreciated.

Thanks for the link - but we've already completed this piece. The piece we're looking for is the Intuity configurations. IE: TCP/IP, Networking, Channels...etc..

Any and ALL help is appreciated.

The link didn't show me which piece you are talking about having completed already but the document which details networking the Intuity is Avaya Comcode 585-313-807. Chapter 7 of that doc walks you through administering LAN connectivity. Hope this gets you where you need to be.

Have you verified CLAN/MedPro setup as well, these can cause some problems too.
