I have two users on XP pro desktop on AD network who are not able to send faxes. When I select the MM_DRVR print driver to fax a MS Word doc it display "no page to fax" dialog message. It get put in the MM_DRVR queue but never processes. You can receive faxes but can't send. I checked the Audix Admin portion and it is set-up ok; the permissions on the desktop doesn't seem to matter nor the network side. Can someone give me some ideas where to research next?
