Message Manager question

We have an office using message manager. They are requesting that when a voicemail message is left in the general mailbox that the message automatically go to the next available agent in a particular hunt group. Can anyone tell me how to do this or if it can be done at all?
 
No it cannot be done. You can't auto-forward messages let alone hunt them to different destinations.

There is a feature called "tandem mailboxes" that there is a extra charge for. It makes it so when a message is left in one mailbox, then it automaticly leaves a message in another mailbox. So if u wanted to pay for it, u could have any message in the general mailbox auto forwarded to a mailbox of all the hunt group members and give them a "auto messaging" light on their phones.
 
That sounds great, however, they are requesting that the message go to an available agent that can get the message and then do the requested work. That is the message would need to round robin so to speak. I don't think it's possible unless we were to do something with outcalling to the hunt group number or something like that.
 
Ya, outcalling might work, then they could login. The other option is that u can make messages in message manager be routed to email. Maybe in email u could do something that would route it to certain available people? I am not very good on email setup, but one of the other forums here, such as Outlook forum might have an idea, once u get the message to outlook.
 
Hey H.D., I told you that you couldn't do that. That office needs to go ahead and upgrade! I don't care if it isn't scheduled until next year.
