Message manager not playing voice messages

Hi
When I log onto my message manager it won,t play voice messages i get the following message.

No resourses to connect to voice ports

Anybody any ideas please

somewher in MM you can set that yiu want to use the pc's music card or that the intuity has to ail out to you... looks like the box wants to dail out to you

This problem is on all users so it seems to be into the Audix itself.
