I have a user that tries to enter an entry in the business fax field and no matter what he enters, it comes back to say that it's an invalid address. I read somewhere in the help file about the address being validated by the messaging server but I can't find anything in the IA770 to valid it.

Anyone run into this?

Not familiar with IA770 but for Intuity audix it's located on the main menu under NETWORKING, then REMOTE MACHINE ADMINISTRATION.
