Message Light 2

I have a s8700 running C.M. 2.0 with Intuity Audix 5.1. One station the message light will no go off. I have rebuilt the station and mailbox. This is the only one out of 200 station that has this problem all the other are working OK.

Have you tried the following command ?.
CLEAR AMW ALL "EXTENSION"

Yes with no success. I have remove both the mail box and station from the systems then resetup still light on no messages

Maybe there is something wrong with the actual telephone set - have you used a different physical phone?

have changed phone and no go.

status that station and see where the station thinks it has a message from. should show your voicemail system name or LWC for leave word calling. either way a 'clear amw all 'ext number' should get rid of it. make sure you do it for that actual station number, not a bridged appearance that might appear on that phone.

display the station and see if the message waiting light listed is for the same extension.
