Message from software

Hello to you all

I have a sistem that the main software was a 112450, that software got dammage, so i requestes the client to change it, they got an new software but wen i am installing it I receive this message

Question, wat is "MIB", and how can i send the software to factiry defaults.

Is there somo way to repair the old one.

Security device not installed... can't boot with that line, it looks like a large watch battery and is used to make sure nortel got paid for the keycodes that give you features, if i order new lic, i can't install them on two different 81's..the security dongle, is matched to your switch serial number, which lives on your nvram.. the install software can be used, the serial number must match the dongle
