Ok I've searched and can not find anything but I know I have read some post on this. I have a customer that says sometimes when a message is left in a mailbox the Message for You may not show up for an hour or 2. This is very intermittent so no real way to duplicate. I was just wondering do we think that it is in the CP or the Norstar? They say that they can do it with F1 or F980 and it works every time.

What do you have, a NAM or Call Pilot? If it is a NAM try deleting the mbox in question and rebuilding it. If it is a Call Pilot there is a known issue with 3.0 software, upgrading to 3.1 will apparently fix the problem.
more times than not you have users who have a lot of saved messages or old mailboxes that have not been deleted.Every body shares the hard drive or flash memeory so one or two people can have a lot of minutes being used causing other people to get delayed messages.Send out a memo asking all users to clear ols saved messages and that should help

If you are having message delivery delays in a NAM of any size or software release. The hard drive is failing. End of discussion. Send the unit out for repair or get an advance replacement ASAP. I have had customers who complained of this and 6 months later, while trying to figure this out, wham voice mail crash!! Happens every time
