how do you turn on the message counter for voicemail messages to show on a keysets display. this is for a magix.. thank you all

Nothing to turn on, you Magix needs to be R2 or later, and the Messaging needs to be 2.5 or later.
As soon as you add the extension to the Voice Mail Coverage group (typically 30), the display should pop up. If not, try unplugging/replugging the phone, or restarting the Messaging.
