Merlin Messaging System Greeting 1

I need help changing the system greeting on my Merlin Magix system. I was not around when the system was set up,our office hours have changed and I need to record a new message.

Changing the Auto Attendant Prompt



1. Press "Chk Msg's"
2. When the Voicemail System answers, dial 0#
3. Enter (password)-#
4. Enter 9 for programming
5. Enter 3 for Automated Attendants
6. Dial the Automated Attendant Number (1, 2, 3 or 4)
7. Press 1 for the Day Greeting or 2 for the Night Greeting
8. Press 6 to modify
9. Press *# to keep the current Selector Code settings
10. Press 1 to record new message
11. Wait for the Tone, record the new message
12. Press 1 at the end of the message
13. Press 23 to playback the message
14. If the new greeting is OK, press *# to Approve
15. If you need to re-record the message, press 21 and return to step 11
