Merlin Magix R4.0 Programmed buttons Extension 22

Extension 22 DLC. 4424D. Programmed buttons, some in third row some in forth row. Voice Mail, VMS transfer, etc. programmed but do not work. Processor or 412 TDL?

Can you provide some more information? What happens when you try to program the features on the buttons?

Nothing happens. The buttons act like nothing is programmed on them. I go into programming and the feature codes are their. I even tried deleting them and reinstalling them.

I think EXT 22 would be the 13th extension on a 412.

Perhaps you should post the print of the extension especially since you are offering little information.
