Merlin Legend problem. 1

A call comes in to the main pot's #.
When you transfer a call to Ext 33, Ext 15 rings too. What's the problem, how can I fix this situation

Hello,
You either have a call coverage button programmed on your phone or you have either call forward or follow me set up for extention 33. To cancel all call forwading goto ext 33 and dial FEATURE *34* this cancels all forward/follow calls.
If that does not work hit Feature 00 on ext 15 and press all of the buttons one a t a time to make sure a call cover button is not programmed. If there is one press that button then mute to erase it.
If you do not find a Cover button It may be there just not on the size phone you have. For example if I had an MLX 28D and programmed a button it, then replaced the phone with an MLX 16DP Then The button could exist but you would not see it. You would then have to go into centralized programming to find it and erase it.
