Well, we got it fixed by moving the circuit to an old 5ess Windstream was actually trying to retire. The new switches that Windstream is utilizing is a Nortel G9. It's switch-type is NI2. After numerous PM calls and telling them NI2 will not work for PRI service on a Legend,...........they set up NI2 - go figure.
Otherwise, I appreciate your response anyway. But after a lot of yelling by the PMs and me sitting around playing candy crush on my phone......three hours later we were up and running on an old 5ess.
