Except for the Merlin Magix, ATL sets can be used with all other Merlin systems.

"FEATURE 00"If You talking about the Membrane/BIS Phones ( 73xx Series ), then Yes, They work on all Merlin Systems, except Magix.
If You talking about the Membrane Phones ( 74xx Series ), Yes but only on Merlin II system.
There were very well built Phones, modern for their time too.
