does anyone know software by this name? it is the NTP's.

Also, looking for error books online. specific error is CLKC300.

Unable to force download clock controller.
Clock controllers will not download.

Resolution
Fix:
Apply PEP MPLR21074. PEP is applicable for 4.00T CPP only.

CLKC300 is not listed in the NTPs but may be generated when the downloadable clock controller NTRB53 resets as a result of a system CUTOVR to the standby processor. Also randomly during the day or night the clock could be reset. When the Clock resets the system will generate CLKC300 messages indicating that the clock has gone from active to Disabled - Self Testing.

Faulty clock controller hardware has also been seen to cause CLKC300 messages.

update. we downloaded clock 0. seemed to have cleared the issue.
