Meridian Reporting

Hi Guys,

A quick question regarding reporting features. We will be using a basic ACD setup running Cubix Call Logger for some of the stats. (In/Out etc)
The ops manager wants to be able to see when the agents are logging in / logging out of the ACD / Meridian system. (Also MakeSetBusy / NotReady etc.)

Is there some reporting feature that the Meridian can do nativly to show the figures he needs?

symposium server is built for just that, internal to the switch, acd reports are far below the user needs

Thanks John,

Unfortunatly the company won't buy Symposium until after the end of year accounts, therefore we are going to have to make do.
Does the ACD reports provide anything along the lines of basic reporting?
