Meridian Option 11 not forwarding to voicemail

IT Guy struggling as a phone guy - hey, computers and phones both use wires right? how different can they be?

Meridian Option 11 system. One user's internal and external incoming calls do not forward to voicemail. Our voicemail is ext 700. Comparing this user with other users I notice EHT and EFD options under the "problem user" which the others don't have. I've tried putting our voicemail extension in there but get error 3056 doing so.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

What's programmed on key 1?

CFTA in CLS is telling the system Call Forward Type Allowed, that is what is giving you the EHT prompt. If you want all calls to go to VM you can change that to CFTD.

Your last hunt key is key 1, but you did not include that on the post.
