meridian option 11 Need to block abiltiy to make outside calls

I need the ability to block outside calls but, not the internal calls. I have both 4 and 5 digit extensions internally. anything in addition to these need to be blocked. Can you help me achieve this?

If you want to block all outside calls to a phone then in the CLS use FR2. That will not allow them to either place or receive calls from outside the system. They can call anyone on the system though. If you want to use restrictions then that gets alittle more involved but it can be done.
