Yes - PRI requires hardware and software. There is a DTI/PRI card or a TMDI card that can be used for PRI. Sofware ISM Parameters are required for the TMDI

Look for TMDI D-Channels
Software packages are also required. Look for package 145. If you have this one you probably have the rest.
