Does anyone know how to reset tools password for Mer mail rls13 without knowing the old password? Resetting admin password from install tape does not work for tools.

Make sure that you use lower case!.
The ID = "tools" & the default password = "adminpwd"

This question comes up quite a lot. Does anyone know of a way to default the Tools password on Meridian mail rls 12 and/or rls 13, without posting sensitive info?

I can do it via a modem connection on mail systems up to Mail 12. NOT MAIL 13!.
