Meridian ACDN

I'm having a brain cramp. When my switch was 1st setup the techs from the phone company used the following DN 4460 as an ACDN that fwd to a cell phone for an on call person. How can I view and make changes since i can't see anything in TM. But I can see it in LD 20?
