I have accidentally found a fix for the "a program is trying to access ..etc" box which pops up with every message in a merge procedure, but I don't know how I did it.
I merged from Outlook to a new word document. On initiating the merge process somehow Eudora was called up, brough up one check box with the message and a "don't show this warning again" option, then Eudora politely sent all 260 messages as ordered with only an occasional hiccup.
Eudora is my default mail program, but it was every time I had to either click off each message or call up click yes (which is also a pretty good fix.)
I would like to be able to do this every time I send out. Can anyone tell me why it would choose one of the otehr program? Thanks.
