I need to take a column from Excel which has been formatted to only show two decimal places, i.e. 111.22. The original number is let's say 111.222222. When I merge the document to Word, I would like it to only merge 111.22, but it merges the whole number 111.222222. Please help.
Thank you,

Try this:

{ MERGEFIELD MyField \# #,##0.00 }

The \# tells Word to format the field as a number, and the rest is the format you want to display. The format I've used above would give you 1,000.00, or in your example 111.22.
