Merge tables

I have two database, one is an old one and the other is an update one with updated data. I need to merge one table from one datbase to the other but I don't want to merge old datas, only new data or missing data.

Any help, thanks.

I forgot to mention that these are MS Access 97 databases.

What's the difference between new data and missing data ?
