Hi, have a client that cannot get to the management console after a reboot. Says it just brings up four pictures to choose options from and will not display the management window. Any Idea's.

They need to select manager from the drop down menu items, I believe it is either the 2nd or 3rd item. In there are the Job Status, device, Utilities, Backup, Database, etc managers.
