MenuBar class for CoolBar control

I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me with creating and Internet Explorer menubar. Essentially creating a menu using a toolbar, and making it a child of the Rebar control (coolbar).

I found a class for VC++, and I've been trying to understand it so I can convert it to VB 6. But unfortunately, I'm not real good with windows interface programming.

I found the VBAccelerator code, but I can never get that working, and it seems to be dependent on a lot of other files.

Would anyone be able to make any suggestions on finding information, or be able help with a class to make a menubar?
