Hi all!, one question.

I have a menu and these are the options:

1 - Option1
2 - Option2
3 - Option3
???? - Call extension directly

When I want to call to extension for example 1441, the menu goes to option1 directly because it analalyze the first 1 as a menu.

¿Anybosy knows the best solution to solve this issue?. I can't create a secondary menu for this, for example using the option 4.

Thanks.

Remove the option one or renumber the extensions so they do not start 1, 2, or 3.

Better option would be to have a menu first with the ???? options and a message saying to dial the extension if you know it. Then have the options 1-3 on a second menu that the first menu goes to if no buttons are pressed - using a timeout of say 3 seconds.

Or use 4 for direct dailing and send 4 to another menu with ???? in it.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

Create another menu;

Menu1: 1 > Menu2 add ??? > transfer to $KEY and connect the timeout to > transfer to HG (or whatever)
2 > transfer to HG (or whatever)
3 > transfer to HG (or whatever)

The timeout in menu2 can be set to 3 seconds or so.
