Memory Full Error Message

We are trying to run a report we run every month, but instead get a "Memory Full" error message. We run Crystal Reports with the FAS Accounting software. I called Sage for tech support, but no help. They gave me a link to a patch, but it's for verision 8. We are running version 8.5 Other reports run fine. The only change in the past month is that we are now using Office 2003. What could cause one report to have this error?

It could be filling up your drive, you could be running out of memory, you may need to apply the service pack for CR 8.5, and other possibilities such as the temp space, or even your vendors code.

When you say that you run CR with FAS, does that mean from within it, or are you trying to say that you use FAS as the data source, or?
