meeting request problem (no information)

The "no information" tab (\\\\\) shows for one particluar user when people try to send him a meeting request after a certian date. But the problem date isn't for two months from now. His calander looks good up til June 1. Then after that date if you look in his available time when before sending a meeting it is "\\\\\\". He's the only user I know of with this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In his outlook client click tools, options. On the preferences tab click calendar options, the free/busy options. Where it says Publish x month(s) of Calendar free/busy information on the server, change the value to whatever you need it to be, 6 months is usually a good target. Once his free/busy updates this problem should go away.
