Couple of my users have reported their meeting request acceptance notes are being sent to another random user in the site - who has not been included in the meeting request..

Anyone seen this before??

Thanks

Yeh, check their delegate settings and see who has still got the 'delegate receives copies of meeting related messages sent to me' check box ticked.
This is a rather annoying setting which is enabled by default when the delegate is given editor rights to your calendar. Yesterday it worked.
Today it is not working.
Windows is like that.

Yeah logged in and checked thro the users setup - and visited users to see if they'd been playing but no delegate settings set up on the client - thats the bit thats got me baffled!!

Any other advice suggestions greatloy received...

Does Mr Gates look in on this forum?

I would agree with Ricardo, I've found this problem to be caused by delegate settings a few times. Sometimes you have to check if the user uses any other PC or maybe a laptop as the setting is machine specific.

Even found mailboxes with delegates that have left the firm and have had their mailbox deleted, causing NDRs..... which is VERY confusing.

Ice,

Did you check the delegates of the meeting requestor and all the invitees? It only takes one. Other possible reasons could be either a forwarding rule, or one of the mailboxes has been set with an alternative recipient in Exchange (delivery options tab of the mailbox.)

Good Luck

Rich
