Meet me Conference S8500

Can anyone tell me the step by step setup for Meet-me Conference on a S8500 CM 2?
We have a School Board Meeting and two members are out of town and would like to call-in and be part of the meeting.

Any help would would be great.

Take a look under the FAQ's, someone has written descriptions on how to setup the meet-me conferencing in there already.

If the VDN you setup is a DID, then your outside people would just call that number, otherwise, someone could transfer them to the ext.
