We use Arcserve for Windows 11.1 on Windows Server 2003 appliance edition.
During the last few days I have been unable to view the Media Pools in Arcserve. When this first occured I decided to check the databases (which I check every 4 weeks using the dbcheck utility) but received the following error:
Failed to log into server 'casdb', username 'admin': error -2005
The backup had been working fine. All CA services are started. I rebooted the server, and since then the backup has failed - it keeps asking for a blank tape. I can get round this by reformatting tapes, but was wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot this please.
