Hi there, we have just installed IP Office with ACCS using SIP trunks. We are having some challenges with Media Manager recording the IVR and the ACCS extension (6000) even though I've set it off on the actual ext.

The current recordings are set to record from the Incoming Call Route, and I'm pretty sure this why the IVR is also being recorded. I need assistance in the following if possible:

I. Stop the IVR from recording the IVR
II. Stop the 6000 ACCS extension from being recording and showing up as a recording

Your assistance is appreciated

Hey Benzr,

With ACCS you need to be recording the internal call rather than the ACCS ext or the ICR. Basically they are classed as Internal calls even though they will show the caller ID and Agent ext as the parties. You'll need to go through every agent and set VoiceRecording on with External and Internal to the VRL.

We only really use it for backup when the AWFOS decides to through a wobbly.

Hope that helps.
