Media in device group... is not in the scratch set.

Hi, we're running V11.5 on MS 2003 server. The back up job is set to 'full' and being ran daily. It has worked fine for two days. Before each backup we make sure we've erased the cartridge and destroying its serial (until the rotation is done and every tape has been formatted. - These cartridge were used by ARCSRV IT. It is also important emphasize, we didnt upgrade but bought a whole new server and installed BrightStor on it.)

The problem is that BS does not recognize the cartridge:
- Multiplexing parent job.
- Media in device group GROUP0 is not in the scratch set of pool companyname.
- Please mount one of the following media in device group GROUP0: 1.<BLANK>

the error#:3831 (Unable to find any media that can be used in this job)

I suggest that you activte the global scratch set feature.
Othere wise you have a scratch set per mediapool.
which does not really make sense in common scenarios.
