meaningfull description tablefields

Hi,

I don't know if this is the best place to post this question but does anybody know a good way to describle the fields in a table. In many cases the fieldname speaks for itself or sometimes different fields in a table roughly mean the same.

If you are trying to set "more" desciptive names on database objects like Table, Columns, Views ... Then I would suggest you take a look at Extended Properties in Books OnLine. They are very usefull.
