Meaning of A7N8X /Deluxe/GD

Hi Folk

I am in the process of buying the Asus A7N8X Deluxe mobo. I have seen it advertised with the letters GD at the end, does anyone know the meaning of the GD letters as no one else seem to know and it does not feature on Asus' website??

Hey,

The GD means its a "Gold Version" amd as far as I can tell it means you get some extra software with it. Specs aren't any different.

Looks like it's bundled with extra DVD playing and media editing software.

Yes we sold this version with the added software pack attached to the outside of the motherboard box.
Note* A word of caution! the ones we sold (about 7 months ago) were Version 1.0 motherboards and you definately want revision 2 with the Nforce2 400 ultra chipset, these have a newer chipset and are more stable with official support for 400fsb.
