Hi.

I've been installing dep.lists from a pcmcia adapter and as I understand it you need a pcmcia adapter in drive a: to actually install the dep.lists. But when I want to do this remote and download the dep.list through a modem. How do I copy the file from c: to a: in PDT, Anyone...?

cd to drectory where file exist
cp filename a:

Thanks for the reply...

Tried that but I got an error indicating that it could not create the file on a:/ I think this could be related to the pcmcia card.

Second question: Can I format the pcmcia card from the pbx when it's in slot A ...?

I knew it was there somewhere.... I realized that the help command could be useful... Thanks alot... Have a star...

Hope I can highjack this tread with an extra question ;-)
How do I upload a DepList via modem to c: ???

cd to whatever directory you want on C:
example
PDT>cd c:/u/patch

rx filename

drag and drop the file into your procom session

make sure you're using xmodem

Within pdt navigate go to c:/u/temp and type "rx patch.zip" Then upload the file with x-modem protocol...
