mdn not being able to be answered from 1 phone

i have a site that has an md110 and that has about 50 stations.....i have 1 phone that when they push the button to answer the ringing call they get a fast busy.....any ideas would be appreciated

Check the phone (swap it out for testing), Check the key is programmed correctly. is this number MDN'ed anywhere else? If not add it to another and try it.. Same symptoms ??

Is it the correct itype for the phone?

Basic stuff but all worth double checking.
