In addition to what other colleagues suggest. I would highly recommend practicing for the test with a Trascender CD for that exam. It gives you a "real-test-time" experience second only to taking the REAL test itself. The goal of using the Trascender prep. exam should not be to memorize answers, but to acquire test taking techniques. For this exam you'll need a well rounded knowledge about delivering solutions to a specific business problem. The MS book to prepare for the exam has a thorrough explanation of the MSF (Microsoft Solutions Framework). Don't buy that if your budget $$$ are limited. The 70-100 test does not test your knowledge on MSF. Rather, it focuses on testing your ability to organize in your mind the details of a problem and solve it using your knowledge and understanding of networks, databases (heavy in this DB area), user interfaces, process flow, data flows, distributed software solutions, and other areas.
If you practice with the type of questions you're most likely to get (it is not all multiple choice - it's more like johnscott8 described) and force yourself to get it done in less time than the allotted for the test (which is a max of 3hrs - including survey time [Silvan - Prometric is big on the surveys before the test thing]), you'll do fine in this test.
Good luck!
