I'm about to upgrade my switch to CM 5.2 and this will eliminate Port network 1 or MCC Cabinet 1. What will happen to the AUX port on 01A? My paging system has a couple of connections going to this cable. I've also ordered an additional 4 909-A couplers for a paging group job coming up. Looks like I'm in a jam. Do I need to order different equipment? Or is there a work around?

Thanks,
GS

The 909 couplers can be powered off of the AUX cable (-48V/Ground) or from an external power unit that supplies -48 volts. A power unit should ship with the 909 coupler.

Yes I have the P.S. for each coupler and I have the power leads traced out. My concern is the connections from the AUX TRK Board ---> to the AUX cable and From the Coupler ----> to the AUX cable.

tn763 will have to be moved to a g650

If you will not have g650's, then you must use an analog two wire packs (ie. mm711, mm714) and change your paging interface to loop-start or ground-start trunk circuits.

Got it thanks. I found a pinout. The remaining wires were just 48V leads. I have them cut to a new PS. Thanks!!
