MCA Surface Webcams

Hey,

I got five surface devices and the webcams in MCA seem to not be working. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on where to solve it?

We have a sales person who went and purchased some HP win8 tablets for use in demo's.
those also had problems with their camera operation for UCA and MCA.
he ended up having to load some 3rd party software to make the camera work.
Ill see if i can find out what he loaded

What Model are the surface devices ?

Version 1 of the Pro. It's weird, every other app seems to work perfectly.

cyberlink youcam fixed it on our devices
you had to run it to make the camera active then MCA seemed to be able to detect it

Yeah, that didn't work for me.

It's as if the MCA sees it, the camera light turns on, but no video.
