MC32 configuration retrieval

I have two OP11 mini with an MC32 cards which I can't retrieve the configuration info through OTM. I added a site in OTM, added a system for that site and then tried to retrieve the MC32 info but I'm getting "wrong SNMP read/write community name". These two OP11 were sent to me supposedly pre-configured but since it doesn't work, I want to retrieve the MC32 card configuration in order to configure the rest of the network eqpt properly.

Any inputs are welcome as this is all very new to me.

what version of OTM are you using, I had the same problem when doing this accross the network & had to take a laptop to site with OTM onit as some bonehead from nortel told me it had something to do with a firewall blocking ports & they didnt know which ports OTM use. also are these cards up & working if so telnet into the Elan login & do itgCardShow (in this format)you should be able to see card config. Only a temp fix but its something

I'm using OTM 2.10.56. Do you mean telnet the MC32 card through the ELAN? Is there a default login and PW?

This network stuff is beyond me... (

Community name have to entered before retrieving. Default ones are :
- private for private access
- public for public access
